To all my Spencerport Personal Storage customers,
Since April 2016, I have been able to maintain low and competitive rates on our storage units. Due to a significant increase in the property taxes at our facility, I will be increasing the rates, slightly, to help cover this tax burden. This will be the first rate increase since we opened our doors more than 5 years ago.
The new rates will be as follows:

| 20×40 | $630 | $680 |
(Note 1: Electric will still run an additional $20/month on any unit equipped, with the exception of the 20×40 contractor units). New electric requests require an installation fee.
