To all my Spencerport Personal Storage customers,
Since April 2016, Spencerport Storage has been able to maintain low and competitive rates on our storage units. Due to a significant increase in the property taxes at our facility, we will be increasing the rates to help cover this tax burden. This will be the first rate increase since we opened our doors more than 5 years ago.
The new rates will be as follows starting January 1st 2025:

| 20×40 | $720 |
(Note 1: Electric will still run an additional $20/month on any unit equipped, with the exception of the 20×40 contractor units). New electric requests require an installation fee.

(Note 2: In our new parking area coming this Fall, there will only be 1 row of pull through spots. These will be reserved for the larger RV’s and 5th wheels first.)
